Refund Policy & Warranty Police

We  do not provide refunds if:

*You change your mind, or

*You make a wrong decision.

For a warranty to be claimed, the goods must be within the warranty period provided by the manufacturer and the customer will need to provide proof of purchase of the product.

Customers are responsible for the costs of freight to Orthodox Supplies and the cost of return freight.Customers are also responsible for the cost of labor to repair items.Labor will be charged at Euro 50 for limb replacement.Products not purchased from Orthodox Supplies incur a Euro 50 handling fee.

Manufacturer warranty only covers the cost of replacement parts not labor.
